This website is operated by Nishan Shah, doing business as Nintai Watches (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.

 

Product Information

All watches are produced in small batches and may exhibit minor variations due to manufacturing tolerances. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment of import taxes and duties for purchases made by customers outside of the USA  are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for watches that are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, including all packaging and documentation. All returned items are inspected prior to approval. If a watch shows signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to the close of the production window. Once the production window has closed and manufacturing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds and Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order window closes. Once the order window has closed and production has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled and refunds will not be issued. This policy allows us to responsibly fund small-batch production while maintaining fair pricing and quality control.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Payment of import taxes and duties for purchases made by customers outside of the USA  are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty

All watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and mechanical movement issues under normal use. While watches are designed and tested to meet their stated water resistance ratings, water resistance can be affected by wear, impact, temperature changes, or improper crown operation. Water damage is not covered under warranty. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized servicing, or normal wear is not covered.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
