The Perfect Gift

It's August 2025, and our owner is at his parents house preparing for his wedding. At he walks into the living room, his entire family is present. His mother, father, sister, brother in-law, nephew, and niece are sitting on the dining table with a bag in front of them. Puzzled, he approaches and asks "what's up guys?" His sister stands up, and says "this is for you, from all of us."

TLDR; he opens the bag to find the highly recognizable blue box with "Grand Seiko" labeled on the top. Once opened, he examines the beautiful watch, with it's snowflake dial. When the light is shone on the dial just the right way, the pink-ish hue can be seen; inspired by the cherry blossoms, signfying new beginnings. A perfect symbolism to his new journey as a married man.

As a martial artist, Japan is a special place to him. As a scientist and engineer, the Spring Drive movement of Grand Seiko's collection is one of his favorite engineering marvels of the industry. Finally, as a family man, the "family wedding gift" is one of pure love, compassion, and support.
